Return & Refund Policy

At parrotcrow.in, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made on our website. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

For Kids, Men's, And Women's Clothing:

Returns

1. You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from parrotcrow.in within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@parrotcrow.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

4. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package your item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

6. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our warehouse.

Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

2. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in our warehouse.

4. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged & Defective Items

1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [customerservice@parrotcrow.in] with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.

Non- Returnable Items

1. Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
– Items marked as final sale.
– Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
– Personalized or customized items.
