4. What is the minimum order value required?
There is no limit.
5. Is it mandatory to register before placing order?
It is not mandatory for retail purchase. It is mandatory for wholesale purchase. Also we recommend our customers to register to receive regular updates about our new collections, discount offers, coupons and more.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Its based on the location.
7. What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
MOQ for Wholesale = 24 pcs. 1 pack = 4 sizes per style.
Wholesale = 6 pack of 4 pcs = 24 pcs.
For example, if you want to buy size 6-7 yrs in a style, you should buy all the available size for that style in one pack. Like this you need to buy 6 packs which is 24 pcs.
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, UPI and Net Banking. All the payment methods are processed through safe & secure PayU merchant service.
2. When will you charge my Credit card?
We charge Customers credit card after shipping the item.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We charge additional fees for Cash on Delivery. This is a fees charged by our Courier.
4. How secure your site to use Credit Card?

The item price includes GST tax for retail Customers. We charge GST 5% for wholesale customers

We do ship to most countries with few exceptions. If you have a problem placing an order, then please contact us so we can help you in any way we can.
2. Do you offer Free Shipping?
We offer Free Shipping, if the order value is above ₹2000 or above for Retail and above ₹10,000 for Wholesale. We do not offer free shipping for Wholesale.

4. Can I ship different item in my order to different shipping address?
No. Right now we are not accepting multiple address. If there is a need please contact us and we can help you to place the order
5. Who pays the shipping charges?
We pay the shipping charges for retail orders if retail order value is ₹2000 or above and for Wholesale orders value ₹10000 or above. For other order amount Customers pay shipping
6. What happen if I am not available at the time of delivery?
If you are not available our courier company will make one more attempt. If not available again then the item will be returned to our warehouse
Returns & Exchange
1. Can the order be exchanged?
Yes from within 7 days from date of delivery. But only if the stock is available in particular colour or particular size during the time of exchange. Exchange will be accepted only if the item is without any damage, not used, and in original packing and presentation as it was sold.
2. Who pays shipping costs for exchange and returns?
For exchange, we will charge onetime flat fee. Customer pays exchange and return shipping
3. What about returns?
